Hey Everyone,
Sorry I have not been able to write any. The computers have been not working very properly at the Guest House. Therefore, I am right now on a Univ. Campus where Dr. J. went to school for his undergrad. We are tuoring it (The PACU Leadership University). It is really nice. I need to catch up within last Saturday. I went to a wedding and it was really long. we got there at 11:45 and didn't leave until 4:30. The reception was still going the ceremony was an hour and 15 mintues long. The whole wedding party were lawyers and the bride and the groom. It was a beautiful wedding. I enjoyed it and it was different. To much to explain. We went to church the
very next day at Anglican Catholic Church. Where the wedding was held the night before. Later onthat evening we went out on our OWN and the four of us went to the Market and bought last minute stuff for Family and Friends. On Monday, we went into the Slums which is rarly because it is hard to get out of the slums. It was an eye opener and our driver Peterson took us right through. The Slums here in Nairobi is the largest slum in Africa. The Slum is a big village where people can't afford anything. They are shack houses all long through. Trash PILED WAY HIGH and kids playing init like it is a playground. About 1 million people live there. We witnessed extreme poverty that day. Than we went to extreme wealthy and saw Mansions that were HUGE. They were just really big homes but the crazy thing is from the Slums to the Mansions it only took about 15 minutes. It was interesting. Diana took my pic in the slums and that was the first pic I have notbeen able to smile in it was to hard. Yesterday, we went to the mall and watched a movie called Nigh of Muesum 2. It was good. I have to go time is running out. Take care! Love you all miss you!

Jess...just wanted to say that I am so proud of you for going on this adventure. It definitely shows what a strong character you have and how much faith you have in God and his word and his will in your life. Words cannot describe how proud I am to know that you will soon be legally in the Young family. We claim you even now!! I have prayed for you all of Corey's life!! I just didn't know you until these past few years. Can't wait to see you and hear the wonderful stories you have experienced these past 3 weeks. Love you!!! and praying for you on your safari and for a safe trip back to the U.S....Sandy
Im sure the slums were difficult to witness. Povery conditions in the states are bad but what you wittnessed.....is hard to picture. The safari sounds very exciting. I hope you all get to see the big 5. I have a feeling God will afford you the opportunity to see many of His magnificant creatures in the habitat He created. Will keep you & the crew in my prayers. Talk with ya Sat. Trusting in Him Love you Mom
Sister Jess. Well Well Well..... A safari....into the African domaine. Well, all I can picture the safari being like is the "Lion King." I am glad you get to see God's beautiful creatures in a different place, rather than the Zoo. Have a safe trip back to the States and thanks for the congrats on the new job. It will be a great opportunity for me.
LOVE YA
DYL
